As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in key account and/or supplier management in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential customers and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with customers and suppliers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SMR market and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that products and services meet customer needs and expectations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing key accounts or suppliers, preferably in energy or a similar industry
- Strong track record of developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
