As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services necessary for the development of our SMRs. You will work closely with our engineering and finance teams to identify and qualify suppliers, independently negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Identify and qualify suppliers, evaluate their performance, and independently negotiate contracts
• Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to payment
• Follow up on the execution of contracts and deliveries
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sourcing needs and requirements
• Continuously improve the sourcing process by identifying and implementing best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the energy or nuclear industry
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to follow up on the execution of contracts and deliveries
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish
