Screening
We screen all applications as soon as possible and proceed with the candidates most relevant for the position. We aim to give you feedback on your application as soon as possible.

Logic and personality assessment
We will invite you to take Alva Labs logic and personality tests as part of our recruitment process. We combine interviews with logic and personality tests to better assess whether a particular position will be the best match for you as a candidate, as well as to give everyone an equal chance. With that said, it is the combination of all aspects of your application that determines whether we are a great match for each other.

Interviews
Initial interview: This interview is all about getting to know each other! We will talk about the role, skills and culture.
Manager interview: Goes deeper into the skills and attributes needed to succeed in the role. For this interview, we usually have some kind of challenge or case study.
Final interview: This final interview will be with someone from our Management team. -
Offer
Finally, it’s time to sign the contract and join the family!
